3D-Printed Lab Hardware: Holders, mounts and plates

Custom parts for the microscopes and experiments in the lab, designed in Fusion 360 and printed in-house.

A lot of lab equipment needs small parts that you cannot simply buy: a holder that fits one particular stage, a frame for a specific glass plate, a mount for a lens. I design these in Fusion 360 and print them myself.

These are some of the parts I made for our setups, from a plate holder and a glass-plate frame to a grid for reaction experiments.
